How to access the azure private blob storage data by using php?

I am able to see my public storage data in web browser. But not able to view the private storage blob data.

1. How to store the secure information to private blob?

2. How to access the private blob data in web page?

Is there any way to solve the problem?

Please any one have the idea , share it to me. It will helpful to me.
